About Me — Amrik Panaser
For 25 years, I built a career in social work—frontline practice, senior leadership, a PhD journey. Then, on Christmas Day 2016, my partner died by suicide. My world shattered.I floated in the Dead Sea—unable to sink, unable to heal. I walked the Via Dolorosa, finding no solace. This was the descent.Healing came step by step, on the mountainsides of the Himalayas. I climbed to 18,500 feet—learning, step by brutal step, how to rebuild a self from nothing. That journey taught me something no textbook could: you don't 'get over' profound loss. You integrate it. You let it reshape you. You find synthesis. That synthesis is Panasure—my name woven with assurance and safety. I now bring decades of professional expertise together with lived experience. I know the territory of rupture. I know the path back to yourself.I guide individuals & Companies through loss, and partner with organisations to embed trauma-informed, grief-literate practices. From shattering to synthesis, you don't walk alone.
My Practice — Panasure
25+ Years in Social Work & Mental Wellbeing
I've worked across the UK—from frontline social work in Glasgow and Edinburgh to senior leadership in Oxfordshire and Cumbria—shaping policy, leading teams, and embedding restorative, trauma-informed practice into children's services and youth justice. Every role taught me that synthesis only comes when we honour the shattering.Strategic Collaboration with Alasdair Cant & Associates
Since 2019, I've partnered closely with Alasdair Cant to design and deliver change programmes for over 20 local authorities. Together, we create training and coaching interventions—Motivational Interviewing, cross-cultural coaching, trauma-informed practice—that guide organisations through their own ruptures toward lasting synthesis. I don't just deliver training; I design content that sticks, translating theory into practical, behaviour-changing tools for frontline staff and leaders.Deep 1:1 Practice
Alongside organisational work, I maintain a busy 1:1 practice—currently 14+ clients per week, with over 75 hours of face-to-face and virtual sessions. I specialise in grief, bereavement by suicide, domestic abuse, racism, anxiety, and the stress of navigating complex systems. Each session is a step on someone's path from shattering to synthesis.Content Design & Implementation
I build programmes that last. From learning outcomes to course content to measurable implementation strategies, my work with Alasdair Cant & Associates has focused on translating theory into practical tools—helping teams, leaders, and entire organisations find synthesis after rupture.Grounded in Lived Experience
Every conversation I facilitate—whether 1:1, with a team, or across an entire organisation—is informed by my own journey through grief and rebuilding. This is the assurance Panasure offers: work that is both professionally rigorous and deeply human. I've walked the path from shattering to synthesis. I know of a way. And I'm here to walk it with you
